Rental Reservations in Medford OR
Reserving is Easy! Simply call to make inquiries or a written quote. If you decide to reserve one or more items, please ask to make a reservation. We do not require any prepayment or deposit for a reservation. We will require a valid credit card to hold your reservation. Your card will not be charged and is held for deposit until items are returned. If we become fully booked for a specific item which you have reserved, we will call you to confirm your reservation. Upon confirmation, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable 100% deposit for the total rental of that item. All tent, canopy, and dance floor reservations do require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of reservation.
You may make changes to your reservation any time prior to your event; any change made after 96 hours prior to your event will be charged a 50% restocking fee. For orders that exceed $500.00 full payment is required 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your event.
We recommend that you review your reservation in detail and clarify that the items you reserved are the items that you want.
