For those customers that choose to pick up their order, we offer pick up hours between 10:00am and 3:00pm Monday through Friday. We offer loading assistance, we do not provide a crew to load orders, the customer is responsible to have adequate help in loading the order. Chairs and dance floors are on pallets and can be loaded with our forklift. All other items are loose and require individual loading. Clients with large orders or tents need to make special arrangements for pick and return times.
The customer is responsible for securing their load and protecting it from the weather elements and or weather. We do not offer tie downs or ropes to secure the order.
Our pallets are 40x48 and hold 100 regular folding chairs, or 50 padded chairs. If the customer is picking up a 20x20 tent, there are 24 poles, with longest being 14.6 feet long and the canopy comes in a pallet box.
